Acceptance

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an Organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that Organization.

Users & eligibility

• Applicants may create profiles, upload CVs, and apply to jobs.
• Organizations/Independent Recruiters may create jobs, manage applications, and communicate with applicants.
• Users must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

Acceptable use

You will not: (a) violate laws or rights of others; (b) post unlawful or discriminatory content; (c) scrape or harvest data without authorization; (d) attempt to bypass security; (e) misuse messaging to spam applicants; (f) reverse engineer or copy proprietary features.

Recruiter/Organization obligations

• Use applicant data only for legitimate hiring and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
• Honor retention, deletion, and DSAR obligations, including requests routed through the Platform.
• Do not export, resell, or repurpose applicant data outside the Platform without a lawful basis and, where required, the applicant's consent.

Automated assistance disclaimer

AI-assisted features provide guidance only. Hiring decisions remain the responsibility of users. Do not rely solely on automated outputs.

Service changes and availability

We may modify features or suspend services for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We strive to minimize disruption.

Intellectual property

Except for user content, all Platform materials are owned by Jazieel. Users grant us a limited license to host and process content for Platform operation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms. Users may request account closure via support.
